High competition in IT market starts from the accessories

IPOH: The computer accessories are more creative and personally designed compare than previous. Diamond pendrive, speaker doll, anti-peeper screen protector , laptop with 360°rotary screen and so on, make people surprise of the creative ideas.

According to Gu Zhi Wei,the in charge of RedCom said the fantastic accessories are in anywhere of the IT market. The main factor to attract the consumers to purchase is not only the unique design but also the reasonable price. Gu also said that most of their products are ordered from Kuala Lumpur and usually are those accessories on the trend will only be imported to Ipoh.

Good or bad for Increase salary?

IPOH: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak was announced that the salary of the 120 public administrators will be increased with the requirement of their productivity being improved to build a high-income nation.

This is sound great for the citizens, but what do our citizens think of the announcement?

Lee Li Qing, as a hawker said that the increase salary can motivate the performance of public administrators, and can help Malaysia become the high-income nation.

 “It would be good news if the government can increase the salary of public officials according with their performance. When I went to the Immigration Office for my passport matters, I realized that the effectiveness and efficiency of the public administrators have been improved a lot."

However, Lo You Chong, as retired said that an effective policy must begin with the fundamental base, such as offering the job training programmes, inserting the values for them during their working.

"Offer the prizes for the public officials can act as a motivation for them, but it was not an effective way to enhance their productivity. I think that educated the employees is the most important matters."

Goh Shu Yee, as an advertising designer said that the performances of the public administrators are difficult to measure and the salary of the public administrators will become fluctuated.

 Lee Hong Jun, who stills a student, said that it is good if it can help  to enhance the performance of public administrators. However, the government should set a criteria to justify whether should increase the salary of employee.

" That there are having 120 millions of public employees now, the government is hard to justify the performance by each of them and give the salary according with their performance level," said by Cheng Mun Go.

Chua Shu Yee

Chua Shu Yee, as a student was said that this policy still needs the more detailed plans to implement. It is currently not effective if the government increases the salary of public employees according to their performance.

Fortunate accident at Ipoh

IPOH, PERAK: A Kancil was hit semen-made rubbish trash on the road divider before turned back few somersault, and stopped on the road divider. No one is hurt in this accident except minor injuries on driver`s arm.
 


The Kancil was smashed-up on the sidewalk, items inside the car was scattered.

 
This accident was happened at Jalan Sultan Iskandar, near to Perak Cantonese Association Building.

According to witness, the driver is a Chinese guy, somehow travelling on that road before his car hit the semen-made rubbish trash, caused the trash been thrown to few meters away, and hit an old Japan-model car. The car`s side door was badly dented in the collision.

The Kancil turned few somersault and stopped at the road divider, the strong impact force also caused one of the street lamp cover fell down.

Female victim of the old Japan-model car was away from the accident scene. When she was witnessing the accident, she quickly moved forward to save the driver, and both of them went to nearest police station to lodge a report.

A passers-by was looking at the car`s condition. Picture showed the rubbish trash, dented old Japan-model car and smashed-up Kancil.

Romanian diplomat suspected in hit-and-run accident

KUALA LUMPUR: Romanian’s highest diplomatic representative to Singapore suspected in a hit-and –run accident, parents of the victim urged person involved to surrender himself, and be responsible for the accident.

An eye-witness claimed that the driver of the black Audi A6 had sped off after hitting three people at two junctions and left one death and two injured, all victims are Malaysian.

Ten days after the accident, the 31 years old victim, Tan Kok Wai, died when taken off life supporter at hospital. According to his mother, Tan suffered from severe brain damage and his mother decided to taken off his life support and donate his organ for those in need.

“Please surrender yourself, and be responsible for whatever you had done to all those victims.”

As what we know, Tan have just engaged with his wife before the accident, unfortunately they are unable to overcome the traditional Chinese wedding occasion.

Right after the accident, Romanian’s highest diplomatic representative,Dr. Silviu lonescu had reported to police that a car belonging to the embassy was missing.

Outcome of overtaking- 1 died 7 injured

IPOH: Overtaking of a lorry rammed into two cars from reverse direction and caused one death and seven injured on Jalan Gopeng near here.

The lorry driver, 63 was died in the accident, seven were however traumatized and sent for observation and outpatient treatment at the Gopeng hospital. 




Overtaking lorry: The driver were clipped inside the vehicle before saved.

“It is believed that the lorry was ahead to Medan Gopeng overtaking when rammed into the Proton Iswara and Proton Wira which both were heading to Gopeng from jalan Gopeng. All three vehicles were smash in the accident, and the lorry driver was clipped before he was saved, “comment by Ipoh Traffic Police chief DSP mohd Rodzi Reja.

The accident caused traffic jam for five km long while all the included vehicles were blocking the road, happen others road users to jammed for one hour long.




Public looked at the smashed car with helpless.

 

Industry mishap caused one death on the spot

IPOH: A Bangladeshi worker start the machine in the cleaning limestone of conveyor process due to unknown reason, caused him tragically died on spot with pinched off the left hand and right hand was caught in the conveyor. 




The Bangladeshi worker was pinched in the conveyor bloodily.



The industry mishap was happened on this afternoon around 4.30pm located at the bombing stone factory on the road of Simpang Pulai to Cameron highland.



Police sent the deceased to mortuary for anatomy.



         

The Bangladeshi worker Allange, 35, just started working in the factory few months ago.

As the deceased’s right hand was caught in the conveyor, the bodied was being lift out of the conveyor with the help of fireman.

After the incident happened, the police was called to the scene to investigate the case.  According to Azmin, the deputy director of firehouse of Simpang Pulai said, they were informed of the incident around 5pm and sent one wrecking vehicle and eight firemen to rescue.



Firemen discussed how to move the deceased out of the conveyor.



     

As it is happened during the break hour of factory, the factory only left deceased working and cleaning the limestone of conveyor while other staffs were not around there.

Azmin also confirmed that the deceased was pinched by the roller of conveyor and caused the tragedy happened.
